Dashboard/Options BIG problem

Hello – I don’t even know what the problem is. I am sorry for the poorly constructed topic title.

A minute ago, I tried to update from the options menu:
WordPress address (URI):
Blog address (URI):
from http://cafefernando.com to http://www.cafefernando.com
and everything got screwed.

I tried to update it again and tried to get rid of the www but now it reads
WordPress address (URI): http://cafefernando.com
Blog address (URI): http://www.cafefernando.com

And I can not update anything in my blog because it says
“Sorry, you need to enable sending referrers for this feature to work.”

I did everything told in the WordPress help pages to get rid of this message but no luck.

Please please please any advice???
