Dashboard/Admin link broken, but still have access.

So I finally fixed my wordpress and got it updated, but i think im still having some minor issues.

Everytime I try and log on throught wp-admin link its a white screen.

After I got the my blog updated to 3.4.2. I then realized i could log in and then get into the dashboad by using the login link.

After that I could gain access to the backend dashboard from the above top links.
My problem occurs when I try and use the dashbaord link. it just takes me back to wp-admin to a white page. but if i click on Customize or themes it will take me to the backend of the dashbaord just fine?

I have uploaded /re uploaded a dosen times. I am clueless on how to get the dashboard link working like it should.
