At the top of my dashboard I had the Hello Dolly Plugin, but I decided to change it and being an idiot I changed a few things I shouldn't have an now this pops up on every page of my dashboard.
Fatal error: Call to undefined function hello_dolly_get_lyric() in /home/content/33/6211933/html/blogs/downworldinfo/wp-content/plugins/hello.php on line 46
Is there any way to edit, uninstall, or just get rid of this Fatal Error because when I try to go to Edit Plugins it doesn't show up.
I would like to get help ASAP. Thanks.

FTP into your site (or use whatever file management application your host provides) and delete hello.php in wp-content/plugins.
