Dashboard will only work if opened in a new tab or Window

Hi – this is a bit of a weird one and frustrating.

When I click on the Dashboard nothing happens and when I click on Log In I get a blank page. However, whenever I right click and choose Open In New Window/Tab it works fine in the new tab or window.
