dashboard virus

HELP! my WP dashboard appears to have been hit with a virus. i can open the database but when i try to click anything, posts page (individual posts can be accessed directly), plug-ins etc my computer anti virus says a Trojan was found. It tries to redirect to http://promosoftware.ru/apacabar/inde.php and then just delivers me to a Google search page. anybody know anything about this? solutions???
