Dashboard Screen Options

    After installing v 3.8, my dashboard screen options will not toggle. The ones that are open will not close, but more importantly, the ones that are closed will not open. This was not a problem with v 3.7. Any ideas why?

    UPDATE – By accident, I discovered that if I click a toggle, which does nothing, then refresh my page, the option will toggle. Weird.

    I cannot toggle the dashboard screen options to see the options. Refreshing the page makes no difference. I tried using both Firefox and Internet Explorer and it did not work in either browser. I have WordPress 3.8.1 installed. Could this be a conflict with a plugin?
