Dashboard refreshes right after login

I have done a search for this but have not been able to find an answer. I am able to login to my admin dashboard, but as soon as the dashboard page loads, or almost finishes loading, the page refreshes once. It does not seem to be hurting anything, but is a little annoying. This is happening on several of my site. It seems to be an IE9 problem, as I have not noticed it with Firefox.
