I've had this problem for awhile, upgraded to 2.8.6 today and hoped it would fix it..but didn't.
I used to be able to see the plug in area fine.
When I click on anything under "Plug Ins" in menu on dashboard.. I get blank page.
I tried a total "clean install" of the wp-admin subdirectory. No help.
Would the "theme" affect this? I don't think so..but trying anything.
Any suggestions on how to fix?

Sorry..but for those with similar problem.. I started deleting plug ins one at a time. After I had deleted two, the plug in area worked fine. I had also had a problem with the main dashboard page not showing all content..and now it does.
So if you have this problem, delete plugins that you have recently installed.
