Now this is strange! Can you look on your error log and tell me if there are any errors related to this plugin? I would like to fix it if there are any.

I am having the same issue. The dashboard is not showing up after installing.

If you don’t post the exact error or an error_log there is no way i could help you….

    Hi,

I’m having the same issue. I have no idea where to find the error log though. Can you tell me?

You can find it in your home directory or you can display errors on wordpress by setting debug_mode to true in your wp-config.php.

    Have a look here: http://codex.wordpress.org/WP_DEBUG

I think I should tell you that I’m not a developer and I don’t really understand the wp_debug page. I think I found the error log, but there is no mention of clicky in there. It seems to only be recording something about my recent Genesis upgrade. Could there be a conflict with the new theme version?

Okay – The Dashboard has now shown up. I’m wondering now if it didn’t at first because I had just signed up for Clicky and there was no visitor data collected yet. That might be something to mention if people are signing up for Clicky and installing the plugin at the same time. Thanks for getting back to me so quickly. 🙂
