   Hello,

   Recently upgraded my WP site to 2.8

   The dashboard navigation panel is missing. This prevents me from editing my homepage, my right hand column, etc.

   Site functions but is quite handicapped as a result.

   Here is an error msg my site builder uncovered--could this be related?
