dashboard messaging plugin?

I wondered if anyone could point me in the right direction for any plugins to help manage multiple bloggers on one site?

I’m basically looking for a plugin that’ll allow us all to communicate through the wordpress dashboard? Just a simple messaging whiteboard – somewhere to leave little notes is all?

Is there anything like this available?
