   I'm trying to add the Post by Email option to my blog (as explained here: http://en.blog.wordpress.com/2009/05/12/post-by-email/), but my dashboard does not expand to show the option "My Blog." In fact, it doesn't expand at all. When I click on the right, where the arrow should show up to expand the menu, it just refreshes the page.

   Not sure a link to my blog will help, since this is happening at ht edmin level, but here you go: http://dawnstravels.com/

   The link you used refers to a wordpress.com blog - not a self hosted WordPress blog. The latter doesn't have the "My Blog" or "Blog Stats" additions.

   See Post_to_your_blog_using_email instead.

   Thanks for your swift reply! Does that mean that you can't Post an image by email?

   Correct. Markup, including images, will be stripped from the body of the email.
