It might be a faulty plugin. Try disabling all plugins and refreshing the dashboard page.
Thanks for the suggestion, but as I mentioned above, I have already tried that. Any other thoughts?
I see a “Typebased options” menu in your screenshot that I don’t believe is standard? Is this a plugin? The problem is probably either a plugin (I know you said they are disabled) or maybe all of your source files didn’t get completely uploaded upon upgrade.
Well, not sure what it was. I cleared my browser cache and all is working fine.
