i'm using hte dashboard management. i have check the box that says:

Use Sidebar Widgets: (works in 2.3)

and i'm unable to get any of my widgets to show up in the dashboard. it also says:

To add widget support add <?php dynamic_sidebar('admin') ?> to the Dashboard Editor Context box. You can then add widgets just as you would normally.

where is the dashboard editor context box? are those the boxes above in the dashboard management? i'm lost... i dont know where to add this code: <?php dynamic_sidebar('admin') ?> as the directions are not clear to me...

any info would be greatly appreciated...

If you're talking about http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/dashboard-widget-manager/ or http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/wordpress-dashboard-editor/ they have both been discontinued and are certainly not compatible with WP 3.0.

In WP 3.0, you can drag the Dashboard widgets around to your liking and click the "Screen Options" tab the disable/enable widgets.

On any of the existing feed widgets, like "WordPress Development Blog" or "Other WordPress News," you can click the "Configure" link and enter your own RSS feed.
