Dashboard looks like Raw HTML

    Using IE 8 and Windows 7. My hosting Site is One&One.

    My Dashboard looks like Raw HTML. I browsed the forum for a hint on how to fix this problem,and here is what I found and what I did.
    I did a View source and found the links to the Dashboard CSS files to be on the server and in the correct folder.
    I uploaded a new set of CSS from the wp-admin/css folder (Original Download) and the same symtom is displayed.
    Looking for ideas to get this resolved.
