   The Dashboard sections of the administrating area of my WordPress blog is giving me errors for the incoming sections: Incoming links, plugins, Other WordPress news.

   The error is RSS Error: WP HTTP Error: connect() timed out!

   Anyone know why this might be? Started this morning.

   Hi everyone... I have the same problem with 5 different blogs, hosted in different servers. I read before about this problem, regarding some plug-ins, also the wp_bible. But deactivating all my plugins remains the error: WP-HTTP
   Any ideas?
   My blogs are updated to 2.8.4

   Seems to be a problem with the communication between the plug-ins and the wordpress core.

   Then after read a little, I found this: core-control, I use it without good results.

   So... please help!!! What can be?
