We had some issues to do with the site, but we got them fixed via our hosting provider.
Anyways, now the dashboard has lost it's normal look - and is now all white with the links being blue/purple.

The actual site peacechild.org looks fine.
and we have tried reinstalling our version of wordpress (3.4.20

    Any help?

    That looks cool, keep it.

Work your way through this list until it fixes:
    - Make a backup with the Export tool.
    - Update the four update-pending themes/plugins. One of them might contain a fix.
    - Revert to the Twenty Eleven theme (temporarily) and then disable all of your plugins (one at a time) until you find the culprit.
    - Press that "Re-install WordPress" button shown in your screenshot. It won't delete any of your data, but make sure you have a backup just in case.
    - Yell, scream and cry. Also, reply back with "IT DIDN'T WORK!"

It does look cool, and everything can still be read.

Unfortunately, what you said did not work - Thanks though.

    any other ideas anyone?

Have you tried switching browsers? Could be a cache issue.

So with no themes, no plugins, no cache and freshly replaces WordPress files the issue is still there?
