   I actually had plans to install the Dashboard options plugin for the comfort of the site admins on one of the sites that I am working on, but the dashboard is not showingup anything. The dashboard generally loads with posts from Matt and other people right? is there a setting for that?

   I dont know podz. Is that something related to the webhost?
   I have installed several wordpress blogs but never had this problem.

   It could be - I think DreamHost had a problem for a short time with some mod_security that stopped certain commands. It's worth asking them ?

   The list of problems related to DreamHost's server configurations is about a mile long, so I wouldn't be surprised if this was also one of their problems.
