Dashboard doesn’t show up first

Whenever I login to my WordPress editing site, the “Edit Pages” show up first, not the Dashboard. Does anyone know how to change this to make the Dashboard show up when I login? I don’t care to see my Edit Pages, I want to see the Dashboard. Please help! Thank you!
