I just upgraded to v1.9.8.6 of WPTouch and the admin dashboard for WPTouch isn't displaying correctly (my theme is Magazine Basic v2.7.3). There seems to be some sort of wrap-around error as shown in these two screen shots:

For the moment it's not causing me much of a headache for the settings were all established before I upgraded, but if I wanted to change anything it would be difficult or worse to do so with the current dashboard layout.

I'm having the same issue. What's bizarre, is it displays correctly on another website with the same version.

That is usually a sign that there is another plugin improperly inserting Javascript into the WordPress admin area causing a conflict. To isolate which plugin(s) may be contributing to the trouble, deactivate all except WPtouch from within the WordPress Plugins area, clear your browser cache and local data then test.

If WPtouch functions well, you may then enable the rest of your plugins one at a time, repeating the process, until you can identify which is/are causing the problem.

You may choose to replace the conflicting plugin with another or upgrade to WPtouch Pro which has a feature that will allow you to disable the conflicting plugin within your mobile theme but leave your desktop theme intact.
