Dashboard – display issues

Since my upgrade to 2.3…

If I go into my dashboard via the “Site Admin” link it takes me to:

http://www.artbymichaelking.com/wp-admin/

and the ‘dashboard’ area shows up no problem. it lists all current info, latest activity, etc

but if I am already in the admin area and decide to go back to the ‘dashboard’ by clicking on ‘dashboard’ on the far left it takes me to this link:

http://www.artbymichaelking.com/wp-admin/index.php?page=index.php

which displays nothing in the dashboard area except the WP footer. “Thank you for creating with WordPress | Documentation | Feedback | Version 2.3”

Any ideas what the issue may be?
