Dashboard disappeared!

Started rebuilding a client’s website yesterday, had to start from scratch so I dumped the SQL database (terrible looking site and 8K spam comments) via I Page, loaded the new theme on W/P (Oxygen), set new permission, dumped previous admin, changed passwords then started working on site. This am logged on and only thing visible on dashboard is my profile. Nothing else! Dashboard available but it’s totally empty.
