Dashboard and admin formatting gone

    My blog site is the following:

    The blog itself looks fine. But whenever I try to “add new post”, or go to the Dashboard, or go to ANY of the admin-related pages, the formatting just looks completely gone. It’s like that on all browsers, on all computers, and it’s also not theme related because I’ve changed themes but the dashboard is still the same.

    It’s making it practically impossible to add new posts or do any admin on my site. HELP! I see the problem happened over a year ago to some folks, primarily on GoDaddy.com as a host, but I’m not on GoDaddy (StartLogic is my host). I’m NOT that “literate” in software/html and the like, I just need to use WordPress as a tool for my blog.

    HELP!!!
