I recently updated to version 2.8.1. Since that time I cannot access my dashboard. This is the message I receive: "You do not have sufficient permissions to access this page". How do I resolve this?

Have you tried:
- deactivating all plugins to see if this resolves the problem. If this works, re-activate the plugins one by one until you find the problematic plugin(s).
- switching to the default theme to rule out any theme-related problems.
