   my dashboard is not loading properly.....

   if i try load with this link http://domain.com/wp-admin/admin.php?page=index.php

   but it loads perfectly if i use http://domain.com/wp-admin/

   delete the index.php out of the wp-content/plugins/ directory

   If you want to prevent that directory from being indexed, use an index.html or your .htaccess (turn OFF indexing)
