The fade in and out menu looks very faint and hard to see for me - and I was wondering how to fix that? I changed all the #999 I could find to #000 but to no avail.

    Can someone please help? Thanks!!

Sure. We just set up the theme so there's nothing on the site right now but you can see the top menu (on top right) that I'm referring to.

Thanks in advance for your help!!

The menu regardless of fainting is difficult to read for me because of the font family it uses. What do you want to change, the colour of the fainted text?

The color and the font? And maybe remove the fade-in-and-out effect altogether? I don't mind the fade effect so much as long as it's clear and easy to read.

    Thanks!!

Does that theme come with a section in the dashboard named, "Jetpack" or "Custom CSS"?

This may be related to a font rendering issue in Windows. The latest version of the theme has a potential fix, but it's awaiting review. Hopefully it will be released within the next week.

@Andrew - just checked and the site seems to be fine. Just got someone to try accessing as well.

@Caroline - thanks for your input. So I guess there's no quick fix in the meantime?

    Thanks all!

@bonbonthief, the fix I implemented was adding -webkit-text-stroke: .35px; /* Hack to fix thin text in Windows */ in style.css, on any elements where the font-family was set to Quicksand, since that seems to be the problematic font. This appears to fix it for me in webkit-based Windows browsers, but YMMV.
