Dark Sky Theme: how to move date posted, tags up below title

Hi, I refer to previous closed post

Although I am using different theme (http://www.skinpress.com/darksky-wp-theme/comment-page-1/#comment-3922)

I want to do much the same thing but the instructions give I can’t follow. Effectivley move the “posted by” “posted on” to below the title. Would also like to remove the “categories” completely if possible.

I am an newbie so if you could please make them simple as possible with regards to the actual line of code to be moved and to where. I have found the index.php page (so doing something right!).
