daily or weekly digest notify options

I’m looking for a plug-in that will allow users to select how often they receive notifications. I’ve come across several different ones but they all seem to offer either a daily digest or an update after a certain number of posts. I’d just like users to be able to select their own preferences as they sign up for the list. Any suggestions?
