   Is it possible to setup a daily digest? To receive one email with all comments for the day?

   Yes its possible to setup a daily digest as the comments are also getting stored into the wp_comments table ...you just have 2 query the wp_comment table with the right query...mentioning today's date...

   by the way I am not sure if am going to include this feature in the future version...
