Cut Line 3 Column in IE 7

Hello,

I designed my blog in Firefox with the Cutline 3 Column theme. Everything looks fine in Firefox, but is a jumbled mess in IE 7. How do I fix this such that users in IE 7 will see the layout in Firefox? Thanks.
