Customizr slider image not resizing with tablet orientation

Hi

I’m in the first few hours of building a new site and I notice that the slider images I am using display fine on all devices and disappear appropriately on mobiles but they are cropped on a tablet held vertically. The slider text is also cropped in this orientation.

Has anybody encountered this before and is there a solution?
