   Hi,
   I know how to turn off the captions from displaying on the slideshow, but is there a way to include just the author? I'm not sure if the 'author' has an assigned caption number such as 'caption3' or 'caption4'?

   I realize the following site: http://tastykitchen.com/ uses a different slider (not sure which one), but would it be possible to pull in and display the author's photo (avatar?)?

   Great theme and thank you.

   try replacing
   <? php the_title ();>
   by
   <? php the_author ();>
   in home.php, line 31
