   I'll try my best to explain my problem!

   Ok, take a look at my blog here http://www.osmansafdar.com As you can see, 5 blog posts are displayed at the homepage. To view the complete blog post, one has to click "continue reading"

   Now, on the homepage itself, the date is displayed on the post header and "posted in x category" and "x comments" are also displayed on the post footer. But I don't want these to be displayed here, I want just the post title and thumbnail to show. Of course these header and footer elements will be shown when someone clicks "continue reading", that's ok.

   So how do I do this?

   You need to edit your theme's index.php template file.

   thanks... can u provide me with some resources on how to do that? any plugins?
