Customizing Plugin

I need to create only one campaign, we are not a foundation and do not plan on having this as an annual event.

Looking to be able to register as a walker or sponsor a walker.

Under register – (choose Adult walker, child 7-17 or 6 and under) either pay for a shirt or free/no t-shirt available, using a form to collect name, email, t-shirt size then probably go to next page where billing info, phone and address are entered. Our paypal info will need to be connected on this page.

Sponsor a walker – People will search for the walkers name then get to select donation amt (20,50,75,100) and again be taken to enter billing information and pay.

Is this possible with this plugin?
