Customizing my blog

    I click on customize and make changes, save them, refresh my computer and none of the changes take place. I am unable to change the blog’s appearance. I see the changes when it says you are previewing. How do I get it to publish?

    Yes I have cleared the cache? When I closed the window on the customizing, whala! It now shows correctly.
