thelawIn short, I'd like to have dropdowns that are created in wordpress have formatting. For example, you put a widget in your sidebar that has all the list of your categories and subcategories. I want to have all the categories be one color and subcategories be another. But this isn't so easy. I looked here:

It doesn't quite work nor explain how to format the classes I see in dropdowns, e.g. level-0 and level-1 and level-2 for category, child and subchild respectively.
Has anyone done this? I think it's a nice enhancement.
