Customize with CSS

I’ve followed your FAQ in an attempt to customize the login form. I’ve created a file called s8-login.css and placed it in my theme folder (actually in my child theme folder). But my styles don’t do anything. I’ve tried copying the file into the parent theme folder but that didn’t work either.

Any insight?

Another problem that’s related: when I refer to the shortcode in via “echo do_shortcode(‘[s8-login-form]’);” not even modifying the plugin’s css files changes any styling. Looks like the style sheets aren’t being loaded at all when I call the shortcode in my php-.
