Customize {title} format output

Hi!
Is it possible to add a class to the tag {title} just to move the download title near the pdf icon I’ve inserted the format output?

Right now I have
<img src=”{thumbnail}”>{title}

It works perfectly but I would like that the title goes on the right of my thumbnail.
