If I wanted contributors to sign into my site then could I customized the login page or could I even have it as a static page on my site with the normal body of the navigation?
I am specifically refering to being able to customize this page here:

But sometimes I don't even know what to look for. I guess I go looking in the Codex and if I can't find it their I go to the forums, but I guess I should go to the plug-ins list before hitting the forums.
