• Hi! I have been looking about this forever, it seems imposible to find out how to do this and it is very important to sort this out… I would very much appreciate your help with this.
This is my customer service form http://grupomedlegal.com/clientes
I need the form to display different messages to users when they submit the form, based on checkbox answers.
We have assigned 4 priority levels for the 11 checkbox answers so it will be 4 different messages we want to be displayed depending on priority level of the client’s request.

    fyi:
Priority 1: Has to be resolved immediately/important and urgent
Priority 2: Important but Not that urgent
Priority 3: Not that important but urgent
Priority. 4: Not important and not urgent

eg. the option: a)Necesito direcciones para llegar a la clínica is of Priority 1
and the option: b)Necesito apoyo para llenar los papeles de disability is of Priority 3

The same priority numbers assigned will also need to show in the emails that we will be receiving from clients who completed the forms, so that our operators can distinguish among priorities what request to resolve first, etc.

Is there a fix about these issues?

Thank you in advance, I am going mad over this, asked so many developers, nobody knows how to fix these and my manager wants this solved immediately..

    Best regards,

    Natalie

oh just to wanted to add that this is for success messages only, the rest of the messages like failure etc don’t need to be customized based on the checkbox answers.
