Customize Header Problem

    Greetings,

    I’m new to WordPress and have it installed on my ISP server
    but can’t seem to figure out how to customize the header.

    I was able to do this with the version of this theme from
    Wordpress.com but now I’ve switched to WordPress.org and
    this same theme doesn’t appear to offer this option now.

    wordpress.com often offers heavily customised versions of themes. Outside of wordpress.com, these themes may not have the same functionality.

    I did a little digging and found how to do it from the author of theme.
