ecofugalhi everyone,
i am using wordpress 2.7 to bulid my site.
i have uploaded the K2 theme and trying to customise it

i am trying to add content under the thumbnails such as text and more graphics.
i can do this by putting content in a div and using absolute positioning ( i have added a block of white text)
but unfortunately the main white area (element name #page) does not extend to accommodate the content i have added.
i want to make the white area of the portfolio page longer.
i have tried giving #page a fixed height using height:800px.
but then this also effects the blog page and makes it look odd.
i have also tried height: 100% on the body and page elements but to no effect.
does anyone have any ideas how i can fix this
i am typing my html into wordpress.
any advice would be helpful
