   Hi Arjan,

   The horizontal search form in the screenshots was built using the template tag (see the 'Advanced Usage' section in the main plugin description) and bespoke CSS for the layout.

   If you'd like a horizontal search form you'll need to style it with CSS yourself. You can see that particular search form in action on the Commission on Devolution in Wales website.
