[resolved] Customers can't add products to shopping cart with Jigoshop (3 posts)

    I've got a jogoshop ecommerce shop built-in to my website which has been working perfectly well until recently.

    I've been getting a few emails for customers who are having difficulties adding products to their shopping basket, and so placing orders - not good!

    When the "add to cart" button is clicked, it gives the following message... "Action failed. Please refresh the page and retry" When the page is refreshed and the "add to cart" button is clicked, it then says that the item was successfully add to the cart. But when "view cart" is clicked it says the shopping cart is empty.

    I have already posted this in the Jigoshop support forums as well, but I've been experiencing a lot of problems since the last wordpress update and it's getting a bit much now.

    Can you please help me with this? It's fairly important as customers can't place orders and so I'm losing business!

    You appear to be running a caching plugin. These types of plugins need careful integration with membership and ecommerce sites. An incorrectly configured cache can create problems such as the ones you're experiencing.

    Disable the plugin and see if it makes a difference.
