Customer area

Dear WordPressers,

could anyone please help me?

I am looking for simple solution of customer area. I have searched through entire forum from start to back but I havent found anything suitable.
I have these requirements:
1) Login/my account button at main menu or in side widget.
2) After logging into personal area, customer would be able to change information about him in prepared fields. (name, email, address, age) Preferably still with same page layout, but its not that important.
3) Possibility of creating own custom fields or tables for inputting of another information from administrator.
4) Preferably with option of adding files.
5) No custom page creation. (preferably)

So my question is: is there such plugin or solution? Thank you a lot guys for your help! Its really apreatiated.
