    Hi Everyone,

    I am trying to bring a static site into a custom theme in wordpress.

    Everything is fine except some simple styling of the content area.
    I'm sure there is something small I'm overlooking but after 4 hours of looking...

    its the contentContainer and the contentColumn styles..

    Thank you in advance for your help with this.
    The site resides here:
    ivandds.com

    Looks like style.css
    #contentWrapper {
    background-color: #F4EFEA;
    float: left;
    width: 1000px;
    }

    If you are talking about the big blank space -- there is an image in there-- though it's not showing up -- but it's creating that space. Looks like the image path may not be valid:

    <img width="500" vspace="40" hspace="20" height="375" align="right" alt="ivan rodriguez" src="images/office2.jpg">

    You may also want to validate your pages, as right now, that page shows quite a few mark-up errors:

    http://validator.w3.org/check?uri=http%3A%2F%2Fivandds.com%2F&charset=%28detect+automatically%29&doctype=Inline&group=0
