custom theme private to a single blog of a mu installation?

    hey there, great plugin.
    i’m using it on a network installation 3.8 and just finished up a custom theme using your how-to in your site.
    i was wondering if there’s a way to keep a custom newsletter theme private to a specific blog of the network. At the moment all blogs have access to all themes in plugins and extensions folders.
    Not sure how to tackle this one..
