   I would like to have some text appear in the editor when I click on the 'New Post' button. I have a bilingual blog and I use [lang_en] etc tags. It's really painful to have to fill them in every time.

   I looked into the code, but it's far too advanced for me.

   How about using a ClipBoard accessory like Polar MultiClipboard...
