   I have a custom taxonomy registered for custom post type. It has 'public', and 'show_in_nav_menus' arguments set to true, but it still doesn't appear in nav-menus.php. If I set those arguments to custom post type, it works all right... what could be the problem?

   Resolved. I had them unchecked in Screen options -.-

   And nice moments like these consume hours in debugging... sheeeit

   Holy sh!t....I had the same thing, just spent the better part of 30minutes trying to find what I did wrong!

   Oh, jeez, same for me too! Thankfully, I found this 5 minutes into my investigating!
