Custom Steps and Auto Award

    Hello, I want to know how to create custom steps and auto-award point/badge to user?

    E.g. if a user read post called “Hello World” he will complete step “Reader of the World!” automatically / If a user complete your profile, he will earn automatically step “The profiler!”.

    How I can do that?
